Emotional mirror

Happy marriage brings happiness in life, but when there is disparity between her expectations before marriage and the reality she faces afterwards, that becomes a very shocking experience.

As a result, the mental health of a person really suffers due to the suppression of emotions and the feeling comes that time makes the person’s life abnormal or miserable.  As far as health is concerned everything is interrelated. When you are happy or satisfied everything looks nice and beautiful, even inside a person feels joyous and cheerful.  Your attitude towards your life and your partner makes you happy or unhappy.  Research also indicates that happily married couples live much longer then unhappy ones.
